Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

Are you wearing a mask because no one understands what you are experiencing? Perhaps you desire to have a relationship or find yourself stuck in an unhealthy relationship or pattern that you can’t move on from. It doesn’t matter what challenge you may face, my passion is working with people from all walks of life to facilitate healing. Being encouraged to embrace and identify your emotions will help you to build courage to facilitate change. It is important for you to feel honored and see your value despite of your circumstance. We may not have control over the events of life but we do have control over the way we respond to the events of life.

My Emphasis . . .

I emphasize the importance of being able to feel securely connected to God, self and others to succeed in life. I use a client centered approach to help families and individuals create a new pathway for life. By helping people to develop secure attachments and build resilience families and individuals can overcome unexpected adversities, childhood/adult trauma, grief and loss, and prepare or cope with different phases of life (i.e. singleness, pre-marital, marriage, parenting, divorce).

My Unique Qualities. . .

My ability to join with all age groups and ethnicities and empathize with any client despite of their circumstance is one of my greatest gifts. I am very optimistic and motivated about people becoming whole. My warmth, inspirational attitude and strength based approach helps to create secure bonds and promote long lasting changes in families and individuals. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to explore new options, create secure attachments and help you to build resilience to live a healthy, happy life therapy.

My Values . . .

I believe when one comes into contact with their spiritual side this can have a great impact on their healing process. Utilizing prayer, scriptures and having faith in God will help you to understand and accept that there are certain things you have no control over. When one is able to submit to God it brings understanding, acceptance, healing, and a sense of peace. Learning how to forgive, creating secure attachments and utilize coping tools to build resilience can help you to create a new map to live a healthy, happy, life.

My motto is to touch hearts, change lives, and help everyone to invest in their future. My goal is to help people live a healthier quality of life and become whole in mind, body and soul.
