Who I Work  With

About Me . . .

I believe that we are spirit, soul (thoughts and emotions), and body. My goal is to help individuals, couples, families, and communities develop and maintain a healthy soul by building coping skills, creating lifetime habits, and mending relationships. I recognize the importance of the various roles and identities we have as people and the impact that they can have upon our daily functioning and our relationships. As a socioculturally attuned therapist, I give space and voice to these roles and identities in supporting individuals, families, and communities through the change they seek.

My Emphasis . . .

I am devoted to supporting individuals, couples, families, and communities in cultivating the change they seek through the therapy process. Believing in the connection between body, soul, and spirit I am passionate about teaching others how to build their own awareness and utilize their internal resources on a daily basis to cultivate and maintain change. I believe in empowering the individuals, couples, families, and systems I support in embracing their own competence in our collaborative relationship to facilitate change, growth in their lives.

My Values . . .

I desire to be a thermostat in ever arena I serve in. I believe in knowledge and communication and the impact they have on creating change for individuals, their families, and communities. I purposed to give back to the community in which I was raised and invest in the future generations to come. I would love the opportunity to support you on your journey.
