Who I Work With
About Me . . .
Life is meant to be explored – the emotions, the experiences, ups, downs, all of it. I believe that we are all striving to be the best version of ourselves, and sometimes we need a little help getting there. It’s not always easy but I’m so happy you’ve decided to take the first step. People are dynamic which gives space to the most enjoyable parts of life, but also gives space to some of our biggest pains. As a multiracial individual with a dynamic family background, I understand what it means to find yourself, adapt, and grow. What I offer is a place to discover or redefine yourself, clarify values, and develop habits that move you closer to your goals.
My Emphasis . . .
My passion in life is to assist others in reclaiming their most prized aspects of life. More often than not, what we need most to improve our situation requires what we least want to do. Maybe you’ve been hurt, rejected or in some way disappointed by life and now the thought of being vulnerable, transparent, and your authentic self are foreign concepts. I firmly believe that the answers you are looking for, you already have. Yet at times you still need somebody who is willing to create a safe space for you to explore your who you are, build on your strengths, face and process deeply rooted pain together, and challenge you toward meaningful growth when needed. I am committed to just that.
My Values . . .
We live in an era where information is abundant, and application isn’t quite so. My goal is to partner with you to uncover the roots of your challenges and then develop practical skills to help you live your best life. I utilize evidence-based practices while working collaboratively with you to achieve your goals. Your life experiences are what make you unique and important, let’s build on it. One of my biggest joys in life is to see others living fulfilled lives. More specifically, I strive to see the results of true healing. If you are ready and willing to work toward the version of you that you desire, I am too. both challenging and rewarding at the same time. I hope we can have the opportunity to join together in this journey.
